Overview
This astro photography workshop will teach you how to use your camera to capture the night sky. If you have ever been fascinated by the night sky and wanted to learn how to bring star trails and galaxies to life then come along and learn first hand how to produce nightscapes using your digital camera. By the end of the evening you will be able to confidently use your camera on manual settings to achieve amazing results.

This workshop is suited for anyone who owns a digital camera, regardless of their level of experience
Any camera that can be set to manual settings will be suitable for this workshop
A tripod is essential for this class, as we will be taking images with long exposures and you will need to keep your camera still. If you don’t have a tripod, I will have a spare available on the night, or you can purchase one from here
We will be out in the open and the weather may be a little cold, so I recommend that you wear warm clothes and sturdy footwear
