Town Common Photo Walk

I am hosting a free photo walk to check out the sights of Townsville Town Common, and you’re invited. This photo walk is for any level of photographer from beginner to advanced.

We will be meeting at the carpark at the Town Common from 7:00am and taking a leisurely stroll from there through the bush tracks photographing the various wildlife, landscapes, rock features, as well as the flora and fauna of the area.

What to Bring?
I’d recommend you bring the following:
-water
– Comfortable Shoes
-Appropriate Clothing
-Snacks (if required)
-Camera (or mobile phone camera)
– tripod
– mosquito repellent
– a hat

How to Get There:
Allow roughly 25 minutes if travelling from Townsville
From Townsville, head to Pallarenda and then turn off on the left at the Pallarenda Golf Course turnoff. Follow the road all the way to the end and park in the allocated car park

This is a SOCIAL event and I am not charging a fee for this walk and take no responsibility for any mishaps, accidents, illness, injuries that may occur as a result of the activity. It is up to everyone to make sure they are capable of completing the activity. If you attend this walk, it will be solely at your own risk.
Before RSVP’ing to this event, please ensure you are physically capable of completing the entire walk. We take short breaks during the walk, but stick to a tight timeframe to ensure we complete the walk in the allotted time. Know your limits.
Remember, everyone is responsible for their own safety. You are responsible to ensure you bring enough water, snacks and any other relevant items to the walk.
