Whether you own a compact camera or the latest digital SLR, if you’re just starting out or looking to go pro, my one-on-one photography tuition can be tailored to your specific area of photographic interest. If you want to improve your landscape photography, learn night photography or get to grips with off-camera flash, I can assist. .My knowledge of North Queensland locations and shooting conditions allows me to plan your tuition and make best use of your time.
During this one on one photography lesson. You will learn how to get the most out of your camera functions, control your aperture and shutter speed, change your depth of field through aperture, focal length and subject distance and create great looking compositions by using the rule of thirds and other concepts. This class also offers you the flexibility to choose other specific topics you may wish to discuss.
- Digital Camera (DSLR – able to control manually shutter speed and aperture)
- Fully charged batteries
- Camera memory cards formatted (space to photograph) and spares if possible
- Tripod (no tripod yet? check this out)
- Hat, sunscreen, water

If you want to bring a friend or significant other along who also wants to learn, the additional costs are as follows:
- 2 Hour Tuition $130
- Half Day Tuition (4 hours) $250
- Full Day Tuition (8 Hours) $450
